I don’t give stars lightly. this was probably the best ribeye I’ve had in over 5 years. I come from larger urban areas with fine dining restaurants etc… I don’t think they serve wagyu, but wow is what I had to say when I was asked how my food tasted… The environment was very nicely lit and well decorated, the whole team operated like they were one. The bartender served a superb old fashioned and had a skilled poor from the draft. the kitchen team absolutely nailed everything perfectly, seasoning was just right and my Ribeye was picture perfect medium rare… the service team nailed it! There was very little to no wait and they weren’t hovering either. They paid enough attention to all of their customers meeting everyone’s needs with a smile and great suggestions. Great job y’all never change!!! most definitely would go out of my way to to eat here again!

We were passing through on our way from Oregon to Colorado and stopped in not knowing what to expect. We were surprised and impressed; the food was VERY good, the service was great and the drinks were perfect.I was also impressed by the fact that they have decor that features plenty of fabric, which deadens some of the noise; one of the few places I've dined at that didn't sound like bedlam when there are many diners. Although the place was pretty full, we had a lovely, reasonably quiet, romantic diner. I would unhesitatingly recommend it.We would (and expect to) eat there again during future excursions.

The BEST steak I have had in YEARS. My son (17) says it’s the best of his whole life.
